The Traffic Engineering service center provides design, operation, and maintenance supervision services for all permanent and temporary traffic control devices within the public rights-of-way ensuring that these devices are utilized in accordance with the appropriate city, state, and federal laws and standards. This service center is also responsible for the City’s Parking Meter System, the City’s Intelligent Transportation System, and the City’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Program.
