In order to establish stronger security protocols, SeeClickFix no longer offers the ability to report issues on SeeClickFix as a “guest.”  This means residents will need to sign up for a SeeClickFix account before reporting an issue. However, you can still report anonymously, if you choose to do so.  Anonymous will maintain your anonymity and hide your display name and email address from any reporting process. Citizens can also report issues by downloading the Memphis 311 app from the Apple store or Google Play store.

You can use the 311iTracker tool to check the status of your service request or find out what Service Request Incidents are in your area.
