Residents of Memphis receiving City of Memphis solid waste services may now lease additional City issued 90-gallon garbage carts for $10.00 each per month. The fee will be added to your monthly solid waste fee on your utility bill.
- To order a lease cart, simply print the order form and mail the completed form to the address provided on the form.
- NOTE: Completed order forms are required, as orders will NOT be accepted by phone.
- Commercial businesses are not eligible for the Cart Lease Program.
