Affordable Homebuild and Rental Partnership Programs

Reimburse developers for cost associated with creating and rehabilitating affordable housing, to assist individuals and families whose incomes are determined to be at or below 80% of area median income as set forth by the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program

Available to nonprofit organizations that have been certified as CHDOs for developing affordable housing activities including the acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of rental housing.

Neighborhood Economic Development Opportunities Program (NEDO)

NEDO seeks to support activities that nurture and energize neighborhood improvement projects and sustainable economic development opportunities.

MEMPHIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND (MAHTF) ROUND 2 AND ROUND 3

The MAHT addresses the affordable housing needs of households that earn up to 80 percent of the Area Median Income with the primary goals of increasing affordable housing, improving neighborhoods, and building nonprofit developer capacity.
