Joe Holley is residency trained in Emergency Medicine and is Medical Director at Baptist Memorial Hospital Collierville. He has been the Medical Director for the Memphis Fire Department since 2004 as well as the new MFD Paramedic Education Program. In addition to being the Medical Director for Memphis, he is the Tennessee EMS Medical Director and works with EMS services throughout the Memphis Metropolitan area. He has also been the Medical Director for the US&R Tennessee Task Force One since its inception and is an active member of the team and FEMA’s Incident Support Team. Dr. Holley is constantly trying to find ways to improve Memphis Fire Department EMS for the good of the community and the providers under his care.
