Each year the Memphis City Council reviews the proposed City of Memphis Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets by division. Over the course of May, each division will present their proposed budgets before the Memphis City Council Budget Committee for review and approval.

Members of the public can participating by attending the budget hearing’s in-person at City Hall (125 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103) in the 5th Floor City Council Committee room.
