Statement from Mayor Strickland  regarding sports venue funding passing

“We are very thankful to Governor Lee, Lt. Governor McNally, Speaker Sexton and the state legislature for supporting our budget request. Additionally, we also have bills set for votes this week that would allow us to help fund the local share of the sports facilities; at that time, we will be able to address the Big Ask in more detail.”
