Memphis City Beautiful announced a litter cleanup competition to take place this fall throughout the city of Memphis. In partnership with the Memphis Grizzlies, Slam Dunk Litter League invites teams of citizens from each City Council district to clean up and compete to win prizes.
Teams will score two points for each bag of litter they collect. The top three teams will take home cash prizes plus tickets to a Grizzlies’ game in the Mayor’s suite. The winning team in each City Council district also will receive a Memphis Grizzlies swag bag for each member.
The competition will take place in September and October 2022. Registration is open and ends Aug. 19, 2022.
