North Second Street between Marble Avenue and North Seventh Street will be closed to through traffic through Friday, November 6, for sewer pipe repair work.
SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – brings improvements to the sewer system in Memphis through a series of condition assessment and construction rehabilitation projects. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows.
