The City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Team will be installing traffic control on Point Church Avenue between Overton Crossing Street and University Street to allow for the installation of new sanitary sewer pipe.  This section of Point Church Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Monday, September 21, through September 28, 2020.

What is SARP10?

SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – is a program that will bring improvements to the sewer system in the City of Memphis.  The SARP10 team will implement the program through a series of condition assessment and construction rehabilitation projects over the life of the program.  The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows.
