Beginning Monday, August 8, at about 9 a.m., Windsor Avenue between Neely Road and Tulane Road will be closed to through traffic to allow the contractor to perform a sewer installation. This closure will be in effect until 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 7.
Motorists who normally use Windsor Avenue between Neely Road and Tulane Road are advised to use an alternate route.
The signed detour route will make use of Horn Lake Road, Stateline Road, Tulane Road and Holmes Road.
Access to adjacent properties will be maintained for local traffic during construction.
