Huling Avenue to close for installation of dining service

Huling Avenue to close for installation of dining service

In partnership with Puck Food Hall, Start Co., Downtown Memphis Commission, and the City of Memphis, Huling Avenue will be closed starting Thursday between South Main Street and South Front Street to allow a temporary installation for outdoor dining service to Puck Food Hall as part of our Outdoor Dining Expansion Policy. This temporary installation will be known as Huling Station. This closure is approved to be in place until the end of the year.

Huling Station will be an outdoor installation that neighboring restaurants can leverage to encourage customers to grab food on the go and eat outside.  This will be a socially distanced environment not just for restaurant customers but also entrepreneurs and workers who want to get outside of the house and work outdoors while having a coffee or lunch.  The location will be in the physical street of Huling Avenue just west of South Main. Main Street will not close, and the alley between Main Street and Front Street will remain accessible.
