Memphians can now call 901-RIDE-901 (901-743-3901) to book a free trip to get their vaccine. LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation) is funding the program through Innovate Memphis’ 901RideChoice platform.
The only restriction is that vaccination sites can not be drive-thru only. Residents are required to be outside the vehicle when receiving their vaccine.
Please note, riders must be able to get in and out of the car on their own. As this is an Uber service, drivers are not prepared or covered to help someone from their home and into a car.
