Notice of Public Meeting

New Memphis Arena Public Building Authority of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee

Notice is hereby given to all members of the Board of Directors of the New Memphis Arena Public Building Authority of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee (the “Authority”), and to all persons interested, that the open, public meeting of the Authority’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the FedEx Forum, 200 South Third St., Memphis, Tennessee 38103. There will be discussed at the meeting consideration of:

1. Adoption and/or ratification of the form of bond application and bond policies and procedures for the Authority;
2. Bond Inducement Resolution and Bond Inducement Agreement for the City of Memphis, Tennessee in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($175,000,000); and
3. Such other business as may properly come before the Authority.

Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting should arrive prior to the start time and park on the first level on the FedEx Forum Garage on Dr. ML King, Jr. Avenue where you will be directed from there to the meeting room.
